Terms of Service

These terms cover the Invest With Celeste coaching service, the app, and investwithceleste.com. Invest With Celeste is run by Celeste Fisher in Miami, Florida. By using the service you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use it.

What you get

1:1 online coaching: a training program and nutrition targets built for you, ongoing adjustments, form review, check-ins, and direct access to your coach in the app. Exactly what is included, and for how long, is whatever your package says at the time you buy it.

This is coaching, not medical care

Read this one properly. Celeste is a coach, not a doctor, dietitian, physical therapist, or licensed medical professional. Nothing in the app or in your coaching is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Get cleared by your doctor before you start, and tell them what you are doing.
• Tell your coach about injuries, conditions, medications, or anything that changes.
• Exercise carries real risk of injury. You accept that risk when you train.
• If something hurts in a way that is not normal training soreness, stop and see a doctor. Not your coach.
• If you are pregnant, postpartum, or managing a health condition, get medical clearance first.

You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety and for how you use what you are given.

Results

Nobody can promise you a body. Your results depend on what you actually do: whether you train, whether you eat the way you agreed, whether you sleep, and on your own biology and life. Transformations shown on this site are real clients and their real results. They are what those women achieved, not a prediction about you.

Paying

• Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate.
• Recurring packages renew automatically on the card you saved, on the schedule you agreed, until you cancel. Cancel before your next charge date and you keep access through the period you already paid for.
• Paid-in-full and buy-now-pay-later packages are one purchase. If you use Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, your agreement for those installments is with them, under their terms.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again. If it stays unpaid, access can be paused until it is sorted out.
• Any sales tax and one-time setup fees are shown before you pay.

Refunds and commitments

Coaching is a commitment on both sides, and packages with a minimum term are exactly that: a commitment for the full term, not a rolling month. Refunds are handled under the specific agreement you signed when you bought your package. If your situation has genuinely changed, talk to Celeste first. She would rather hear from you than have you disappear.

Your account

• Your login is yours. Do not share it. Tell us if you think someone else has it.
• Give accurate information, especially about your health. Coaching you on wrong information is dangerous.
• You must be 18 or over.

Your programs and materials are yours to use, not to pass on

Your program, targets, guides, recipes, videos, and the app itself belong to Invest With Celeste. They are for your own personal use for as long as you are a client. Do not share, sell, republish, or coach other people from them. Doing so ends your coaching without a refund.

What you upload stays yours: your photos, videos, and messages. You are giving us permission to store and use them for the purpose of coaching you and running the service, nothing more. We will never use your photos in marketing without asking you separately and getting a clear yes.

Connected apps

If you connect Apple Health or a wearable, you are choosing to send us the daily numbers described in our Privacy Policy. Those apps are run by other companies under their own terms, and we cannot control whether they keep working or what they change. You can disconnect at any time from your Account page.

Behavior

Be decent. Abuse, harassment, or threats toward Celeste or anyone else ends your coaching immediately, without a refund. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time, subject to the package you committed to. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or behave in a way that makes coaching you unsafe or untenable. If we end your coaching without cause, you will be refunded for the part you paid for and did not receive.

The legal part

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Invest With Celeste is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies to you. Changes never apply retroactively to a package you already bought.
